Vietnam May Resume Share Sales, Thang Long’s Huy Says
“The equitization process has been delayed for some time and it is now time to restart it. The global financial crisis is finally over and the market is starting to pick up so this is a good time to restart the process again.”
“I have read positive news that Vietnam Airlines will reactivate its IPO plan in 2012 (4 years after its original plan). I believe other big names such as Bank for Investment & Development of Vietnam, Mobile Phone and Vina Phone will be on the priority list of equitization during 2011-2012.”
