The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is pushing to have all its proposed rules for new regulations for the futures and swaps industry under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act available for public comment by Christmas, CFTC Chairman Gary Gensler said on Wednesday.
