Japan stands strong despite disaster year
From tsunami to flood in Thailand - home to many Japanese manufacturing plants, not a good year for Japan.
But “The Japanese economy is in very good shape. It’s surprising that after all the hardship, Japan’s economy is now the healthiest of the industrialized countries,” said Credit Agricole Japan’s chief economist, Takahiro Sekido.
